Annual Planning Process

I have led the Strategic and Annual Planning Process (APP) at Beckman Coulter / Danaher, Emulex, and Octane.  This process is paramount to the long-term success of the organization cascading enterprise level KROs into functional goals.  Specifically, when Danaher bought Beckman Coulter, the leaders who typically led the APP were removed.  I filled that  leadership vacuum and rallied the remaining team members to deliver on time.
